5. Cancellations, No-Shows, and Passenger Responsibility

• Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee up to 100% of the booking amount. You can call us at 888-895-8889 or email us at Info@indyelitelimo.com. Passengers are requested to always get a Cancelation email to avoid any late Cancelation fees or charges. 

• Important: For Mini Coach, Motor Coach, Stretch Limos and Stretch SUVs: If you choose to cancel your reservation we require that you do so at least 5 days in advance. Otherwise you will be charged for the full amount of your trip. Mercedes Sprinter need to Cancel within 48 Hours. While Sedan or SUVs you can Cancel within 12 Hours before the service.

• No-Shows: If a passenger fails to show up at the designated time and location, the full fare will be charged. We offer 15 minute free waiting time other than airports pick up after designated time waiting time will be associated with the trip or reservation. 

• Incorrect Information: Providing inaccurate or incomplete details may result in service delays or cancellations. We are not liable for any issues arising from incorrect passenger information.

• Damage Liability: Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to our vehicles during the trip by themselves or members of their group. Repair costs and cleaning fees will be charged as necessary.

6. Airports Pick up and Drop off Instruction at: Indy Elite Limo

• Flight Tracking: Indy Elite Limo tracks incoming flights to ensure timely pickups. We offer 30 minutes of complimentary waiting time for domestic flights and 1 hour of complimentary waiting time for international flights after the flight landing time or a specified time.

• Waiting Time Charges: After the complimentary waiting period, additional waiting time fees will apply based on the vehicle or service booked.

• Curbside Pickup: Our chauffeurs will meet you at the curbside area for airport pickups unless otherwise specified.

• Terminal Drop-off: For airport drop-offs, the chauffeur will drop you off at your designated airport terminal.

• Luggage Wait Time: There is no additional charge for waiting while you collect your luggage after flight arrival.

• Vehicle luggage Capacity: 
  To ensure passenger comfort and safety, the following luggage capacities apply to our vehicle options:

  • Sedans: Accommodate up to 3 passengers with 3 standard-sized pieces of luggage..

  • SUVs: Accommodate up to 6 passengers with 6 standard-sized pieces of luggage.

  • Sprinter Van: Mercedes Sprinter Van can carry 10-14 Passenger and luggage.
    
    Passengers exceeding the specified luggage limits may be required to book additional vehicles or services to accommodate their belongings.

We Indy Elite Limo LLC, ensure to better experience for Airports services. retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
